SMS/Text: Balaeyon's website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

Personal details: This refers to your name, email address, telephone number, birthday, billing address, shipping address, payment information and company name (if applicable). This includes any other information you provide to us through our website, ads, and emails we send to you. 

Account information: This refers to your order history, wishlists and preferences. This information is stored on Shopify Inc, the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. 

Log In information: This refers to your IP address, geolocation, web pages accessed, information requested along with the date and time of the request, the source of your access to our website browser version and operating system. This information is collected by using ‘pixel tags’ and ‘web beacons’ that help to record information about how you browse the Site, as well as ‘log files’ that collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Visual information: This refers to photographs and videos that we’ve collected on our social media platforms and/or submitted directly (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Email).
